Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

The Leisure & Afternoon Tea Day Pass is valid for one person for one visit only. Should the recipient sign up as a member after the initial visit then standard membership costs will apply but joining fees will be reduced. Visitors must be age 16 or over to make use of the fitness studio and gym equipment.

Our vouchers must be redeemed via our Membership team by calling +44 (0)131 333 1845 and providing the unique code found on the voucher. Some date and time restrictions may apply. When you book your experience or redeem your voucher against a booking, the voucher will be validated and redeemed electronically. Our gift vouchers cannot be used to guarantee or pay for a booking made online/via our website. Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash in part or whole. Validity date is shown on the voucher. If you do not use your gift voucher within the given validity period it will no longer be valid. Once your voucher is redeemed with the hotel, no change or refund is given. Cancellation of a booking with less than 72 hours notice before the day of arrival will render the voucher null & void.
