Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Offer valid on midweek stays (Sunday to Thursday) from 4th January - 31st March 2025. Supplements applicable for weekend stays (Friday & Saturday). Room upgrades are available on request. Blackout dates apply. Availability dependent. 

Our vouchers must be redeemed via our Reservations Centre by calling +44 (0)131 333 1845 and providing the unique code found on the voucher. Some date and time restrictions may apply. When you book your experience or redeem your voucher against a booking, the voucher will be validated and redeemed electronically. Our gift vouchers cannot be used to guarantee or pay for a booking made online/via our website. Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash in part or whole. Voucher validity date is shown on the voucher. If you do not use your gift voucher within the given offer validity period it will no longer be valid. Once your voucher is redeemed with the hotel, no change or refund is given. Cancellation of a booking with less than 72 hours notice before the day of arrival will render the voucher null & void.

If you’ve made a voucher purchase and would like to request a refund, you can do so if you notify us within 28 days of the purchase date. We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the purchase. A 5% refund fee will apply, based on the voucher value. To apply for a refund, please email [email protected].
