Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Our vouchers must be redeemed via the Pro-Shop at Dalmahoy. Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash in part or whole. Monetary Vouchers have a validity of 12 months & can be used over a number of visits during this period. The validity date is shown on the voucher. If you do not use your gift voucher within the given validity period it will no longer be valid. Once your voucher is redeemed with the hotel, no change or refund is given. 

If you’ve made a voucher purchase and would like to request a refund, you can do so if you notify us within 28 days of the purchase date. We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the purchase. A 5% refund fee will apply, based on the voucher value. To apply for a refund, please email [email protected].
